Ex 17:15,16 And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi: For he said, Because the LORD hath
sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

(en-)sign, standard.
The use of flags when used to lift up blessings, glory, honor, and power to the Lord in His presence, is to be more
than entertaining. Used in accordance to the Word, flags become the primary sign for lifting up a "standard" of God.
God's salvation and truth is declared by the raising of the banners.
Ps 60:4 Thou hast given a banner on to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth.
Ps 20:5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners <dagal>:
the LORD fulfill all thy petitions.

He is a banner of love and protection described in Song of Solomon 2:4 and reigns with great power, Song of
Solomon 6:4, 10.
He is a standard and He is calling us to lift up a standard, declare and proclaim it to

Flag Ministry or Flag Worship is the union of flags, music, and the Word of God that allows one to enter into the
awesome presence of God. The main reason for Flag Worship is to exalt the name of the Lord and give Him all the
praise and the glory. Flag Worship can be done as an individual or group worship. Flags are raised and a "standard"
as we know is lifted up for the entire world or your audience to see. The group becomes the "bannered one (s) or
standard-bearer (s), one who carries an ensign into battle. One can even stand still and worship with flags. The
ministry comes from the heart! The colors of the flags are important as you select them for ministry.
