1c butter, melted
1½c chopped nuts (opt)
Combine the butter and sugar; mix well. Beat in egg. Add cocoa, flour, salt & vanilla; mix well. Add nuts, if desired. Bake in well-greased 9x13x2 pan at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let cool. This recipe makes a crispy-type crust but very moist inside.
